Important: Student data is securely stored in Firebase Cloud Firestore and is only shared between the teacher and their connected students. No data is shared with third parties.

The LGS Koçum PRO application collects the following data:

  • Teacher first name, last name, and school information
  • Teacher ID code (6-digit)
  • Student connection requests
  • Student exam results and performance data
  • Student first name, last name, school, and grade information

Collected data is used only for the following purposes:

  • Establishing teacher-student connections
  • Tracking and analyzing student performance
  • Providing detailed reports to teachers
  • Real-time data synchronization

🔐 Data Storage and Security

Firebase Cloud Firestore

All data is securely stored in Google Firebase Cloud Firestore. Firebase uses industry-standard encryption and security protocols.

Data Access

Student data can only be viewed by the associated teacher. No other teacher or user can access this data.

  • No ad tracking systems are present
  • Your personal information is never sold

🔄 Data Control

Full Control Over Your Data

You have full control over your data:

  • You can remove student connections at any time
  • Data export option is available
  • When you delete the app, your local data is automatically deleted

Data Deletion

To delete your data from Firebase, please contact us. Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

🌐 Firebase Services

The LGS Koçum PRO application uses Google Firebase Cloud Firestore. Firebase is a secure and scalable cloud database service provided by Google.

Note: Thanks to Firebase security rules, each user can only access their own data and the data of their connected students.
